The Management Way

Today again I sat in on a University Committee meeting. Unfortunately I cannot disclose some of the things discussed. The reason I bring this up is that it is fascinating that the higher you go at Wits you start noticing the dynamic team that makes up the management. It even further surprises me that you still even have as rigid policies as we have at Wits. How do we build the future of Wits when you have some policies that are choking the lifeblood of the university? I commend the management of the university even more now for their forward thinking, but I think we should allow university staff and students to explore ways in which they can improve the university from within without fear.

Ahh the Thesis is coming, dont ask me about that.......
